My CVS Trip: Saved 84% on M&Ms, Colgate, Wisk & more!

 My CVS Trip: Saved 84%

Woohoo! I am so excited about all the deals at CVS this week! $5.50 out of pocket for $40 worth of stuff!
If you haven't been to CVS yet, be sure to go Today (Tuesday) to pick up these fantastic deals on candy (deals end today!) I spent only $1.25 on $19.69 worth of candy!

And omg- Have you tried the Pretzel M&Ms yet?!? My new favorite!! Crispy center with a hint of salt! Mmmm!

Be sure to scan your CVS card because I received 2 CVS coupons for Mars candy that I stacked with my manufacturer coupons! Those were a happy surprise that made these deals even sweeter!

I'm excited to try Wisk Laundry detergent. Do you use Wisk? It's supposed to be one of the best consumer-rated. And just $2.99, that's a great price!

Does anyone else find it a bit funny that I bought all this candy and then a toothbrush?! Haha- A little ironic. I will certainly be brushing my teeth well after eating these delectable treats! :)

My Walgreens Trip: Stocking Up on M&Ms & Cottonelle! Saved 72%

My Walgreens Trip! Stocking Up!

Woohoo! I have never been so excited about toilet paper in my life - haha! I can't believe these 12-pks were only $1!! I'm also stoked about getting more Peanut Butter M&Ms! I love those!!

Well, even though this wasn't a complicated transaction, it was not an easy shopping trip. Couponing is not for the faint of heart.

Pretty much everything that could go wrong, DID. My Cottonelle coupons wouldn't scan. Who knows why. It took them FOREVER - scrutinizing my coupons, calling for help, going to speak with the manager.

Then they tried to pull the whole, "One Coupon per Purchase!" thing. I wish people understood that one coupon per purchase means ONE manufacturer coupon per ITEM. Sigh.

Anyway, finally it all got worked out and they decided to manually enter in the $3 coupons. Thank goodness! And the cashier was REALLY nice, which helps a lot!

I used a $6 RR from last week and spent only $2.48 out of pocket for about $30 worth of products! Yay!

3 Cottonelle Bathroom Tissue (12 Rolls) $5
Used $1/1 Cottonelle Coupon from Walgreens October Coupon Book

Kroger is having another "Buy 10, Save $5" Mega Event with some great deals I just couldn't resist, so I decided to make a trip!

The Peanut M&Ms - my fav - were out of stock so I asked the manager and he found more in back! woohoo!

Fillers:
Mini Notebook - $0.49 {reg $1.19}
Caramel - $0.35

My CVS Trip: $2.01, Saved 93%!

My CVS Trip: $2.01

I am so excited about this morning's trip to CVS! My net cost was only $2 for $30 worth of diapers, razors and shampoo!! YAY!

I had a $4/$20 CVS coupon that expired TODAY, so I really needed to find at least $20 worth of products {$20 BEFORE coupons}.

I also had several rain checks {Gillette Fusion, Bic Soleil, & Softsoap} and I was hoping to finally pick up all of these deals I missed out on in the past few weeks. I did finally get the Gillette razor, but not the others. That's disappointing.

That's okay, though, because CVS Rain Checks NEVER expire!

Here's what I got:

Pampers Jumbo pack Swaddlers, Cruiser, Baby Dry or Easy Ups $8.99
Buy 1, Receive $3.00 Extra Bucks, Limit 1
Used $2.00/1 Pampers Swaddlers Sensitive, Swaddlers, Cruisers, Prints or Extra Protection Diapers from PG 7/31
Pay $6.99, Receive $3.00 Extra Bucks
Final Price:  $3.99

Aussie and Herbal Essence Shampoo, $2.49
Buy 2, Receive $1.00 Extra Buck, Limit 1
{Used FREE Aussie Product coupon from Facebook promo last month}
And I used $1.00/1 Herbal Essences or Aussie Product from RP 8/7
Pay $2.98, Receive $1.00 Extra Buck
Final Price: $0.99 each when you buy 2

Gillette Fusion ProGlide Razor, 1 ct. $9.99
*Used Rain Check from last week*
Buy 1, Receive $5.00 Extra Bucks, Limit 1
Used $4.00/1 Gillette Fusion ProGlide Razor from PG 7/31
Pay $5.99, Recive $5.00 Extra Bucks
Final Price: $0.99

I used a $4/$20 CVS coupon I got in my email. {Sign up for CVS emails! They send CVS coupons {$4 off $20, $5 off $25} all the time that can be stacked with manufacturer coupons!!}

Retail Value: $30.76, Spent: $3.99 EB + $7.02, earned $9 EB
Net Cost: $2.01, Saved: 93%

Dove Men's Body Wash: 26 Cents!

The deal on Dove Men's Body Wash @ Walgreens is even better than I thought: only 26 cents!!
{prices valid 7/10 - 7/16}

This was the original deal @ 63 cents each...

Dove Men's Body Wash, 12 or 13.5 oz, $3.75 {reg $4.49}
 Buy 4, Receive $5.00 Register Reward, Limit 1
-Use 2 B1G1 Free Dove Men plus Care Body and Face Wash, from RP 6/26
Pay $7.50, Receive $5.00 Register Reward
Final Price:  $0.63 each when you buy 4

BUT...
When I went to pick some up this morning, ...they rang up at $4.49 for the first 3, and $1.53 for the 4th, so the cashier took of $4.49 for each coupon (instead of $3.75), making these only 26 CENTS each!!

Dove Men's Body Wash, 12 or 13.5 oz, $3.75
Buy 4, Receive $5.00 Register Reward, Limit 1
-Use 2 B1G1 Free Dove Men plus Care Body and Face Wash,  from RP 6/26
Pay $6.02, Receive $5.00 Register Reward
Final Price:  25.5 cents each when you buy 4

I wish I had more coupons & I'd go back for more!

I bet this scenario would work at every store, but even if it doesn't, you still get them for 63 cents--a great price! (86% off!)

You can use up to 2 Register Rewards to pay for the $6.02 + tax you have to spend out of pocket because you are buying FOUR products but only using TWO coupons. You can have 1 coupon/RR per item.

You must buy exactly 4 body washes or the deal won't work.

If you want to buy 8, break it up into 2 transactions and DO NOT use the RR you earned from the 1st transaction to pay for the next, or you won't receive the 2nd RR. Walgreens has crazy rules!
